Our Office 365 trial period ended today so we’re now fully up and running with Microsoft. I also believe that most of the initial installation and transfer issues are well and truly sorted so many thanks to your team and their patience!
Firstly, can I just say that the staff we have dealt with so far on the support side since transferring to Impreza have been really helpful and efficient. They seem to know “their stuff” and nothing is an issue for them. Really refreshing considering what we have been experiencing for the past 12 months or so.

This was obviously a big move for us which with the assistance of all at Impreza went very smoothly. The hardware changeover involved a minimum of downtime with everything back up and operating within a day. This was without doubt due to the pre-installation work that Impreza carried out.
The challenges over the next few months will be ensuring that all users are happy operating the new software and gradually improving their experience with the additional features that are now available to us within Office 365 assisted as usual with the support of Impreza.
