Impreza IT Solutions Born 1998

Impreza was formed in 1998 initially as a software development company but soon after added an IT Support division too. Thirteen years on, and despite the peaks and troughs of the economy, we have continued to grow both our business and our client base which we believe is due to the following:

  • Dedication to providing unparalleled customer service
  • Client retention
  • Staff retention
  • Investment into systems
  • Investment into training

We are now one of Kents' leading providers of software development and IT support services to organisations across many sectors. Contact Us for more information.

Stewart Taylor
Managing Director and Director of IT Support
About me

Stewart Taylor

Stewart is captain of the Impreza ship as well as being responsible for the IT Support team. Stewart has been working in IT for 27 years, and started Impreza in 1998. The rest is history! Away from Impreza, he likes to spend time with his family, including his two young grandchildren. He likes holidays, cycling, walking and motorcycling and also owns a cocker spaniel called Asha. Interestingly, Stewart once broke his collarbone on a camping trip after falling from the roof of a car whilst sitting on a sofa!!

Dean Deacon
Director of Software Development
About me

Dean Deacon

Dean is the driving force behind Impreza, and is always thinking up new ways to push the business forward. Originally starting out in Civil Engineering, and moving into IT in 2002, Dean always had plans to run his own business. He joined forces with Stewart in 2006 and hasn’t looked back since. He is the proud father of daughter Olivia, and likes to keep busy in his spare time by sailing, playing golf, squash and the guitar. He is ambitious not only in business, having owned a business at 24, but also with his hobbies, aiming to become a qualified Yacht Master and sail the Atlantic, become a black belt in Taekwondo and to own an olive grove in Tuscany.

Kate Barton

She is the proud mum of Erin and also a black Labrador called Inca! Kate is a big lover of the great outdoors, be it on her horse, on skis (she is a qualified instructor!) or in a pair of hiking boots in the hills. She completed the London Triathlon in 2006 and has also bungeed and parachute jumped in NZ. Her aim is to own a big house in the country with some stables for the horses!

Mike Snoek
Support Engineer
About me

Mike Snoek

Mike has worked in IT for 15 years gaining both accreditation and experience. He is a keen motorsport fan and enjoys watching F1 as well as going Karting. He is the owner of a cat, Squeak, and his proudest moment so far has been completing a 12,500ft parachute jump in aid of Demelza House. His other half is due to give birth early this year, so in the future his ambition is to be a good dad (oh, and also to win the lottery)!

Karl Grewal
Support Engineer
About me

Karl Grewal

Karl is a Microsoft Certified Professional who has been working in IT for more than 10 years. Over the years he has worked at the London Stock Exchange, as well as dabbling in a bit of business, owning a mobile phone company and also being involved in property management and refurbishment. He has 2 small children who obviously take up most of his spare time, although in the moments he does get to himself he like a bit of the good life, growing veg and doing DIY. He loves food, eating and cooking it (!), and dreams of one day owning a Nissan GTR (as well as always being happy!).

James Rowe
Support Engineer
About me

James Rowe

James is one of our helpdesk techies and has been working in IT for 4 years. After his initial training, he worked for an Internet Service Provider for a year and then worked as an IT and Telecoms field Support Engineer for 3 years before coming to Impreza. His main passion in life, other than computers of course, is cars and motorsport. He used to own a Honda S2000 which he took to a number of track days, and enjoyed a bit of drifting around the track. His ambition in life is to learn how to hang glide – oh and if you meet him, be prepared to get neck ache - he is 6’4”!

About me

Neal Caselton

Neal spends his days at Impreza developing web and windows applications using the latest technologies in C#.NET. Neal has been working in IT for almost 13 years, firstly in IT Support for Vaillant, and then in programming and analysis for Fusion Internet Solutions. He is a keen traveller, and during a trip to New Zealand did a bungee jump in Taupo – he believes that this is the craziest thing he has ever done. In the spare time he does get, when not looking after his young son, Neal is also a keen photographer, and is a season ticket holder for Gillingham Football Club. He likes to cycle, and is also trying to learn how to speak French. If you ever get to meet Neal, hide your monster munch – he once ate 8 bags in a row!!

Dave Usborne

Dave is also our resident rocker, loving nothing more than listening to and playing music, especially from the likes of Status Quo, Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. He is currently learning to play the saxophone, as well as already playing the piano and guitar, and still manages to fit in some gardening and DIY in his spare time. The craziest thing he has ever done is abseiling down the Chequers Centre in Maidstone.

Tony Fletcher

About me

Tony Fletcher
