GKR Scaffolding are an award winning scaffolding company formed in 1979 who are based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent. They originally contacted us because they were unhappy with their existing IT support provider. Having received continual bad service, with slow response times and poor attention to detail, they looked to Impreza as the solution to their problems.
We have now been looking after GKR's IT Support requirements since the beginning of 2009. Following a thorough system audit we were able to identify a number of issues which had caused long term headaches. The network had been configured in a non-standard fashion, and lacked general maintenance. Many companies use IT Support providers that provide a standard "break-fix" service, only springing to life when there's an issue. Although problems get fixed, the networks never receive the level of pro-active maintenance that they require to retain a stable system.
At Impreza, we use the latest monitoring software to ensure on-going maintenance is carried out daily, and to immediately alert us to any issues that arise. This allows us to be extremely pro-active, and fast in our response times.
