KMS Group are a commercial cleaning and security provider based in Medway. They approached Impreza at the end of 2010 to review their current IT infrastructure and make any recommendations for the future. The company had experienced steady growth and wanted to be sure they were in a position with their IT for this to continue.
After carrying out an initial audit, we set to work resolving any known issues affecting users in the office. We also found that many people were having problems with remote access which was resolved quickly, some users were also experiencing problems receiving emails on their iPhones which we resolved for them during the initial audit.
