The HOCA Practice is a Chartered Architects and Lead Consultants, formed in 1999 by William Hogan O'Neill and based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent. They were looking for a local company who could re-locate their network from their old premises in Blackheath to their new office on the Medway City Estate, and also to provide them with the support required for their new office. After a quick search in google for a local company, they were surprised to find we were opposite their new office!
After an initial audit at their old premises to ascertain what they wanted to achieve, we were able to receommend and quote for a solution. We suggested Small Business Server 2003, which was perfect for their size of organisation and provided them with all the tools they needed. The one major change to the set-up was that they wanted to go completely wireless. We were able to provide them with a complete solution which was both cost effective and fundamentally encompassed all of their requirements for their new office. Following the installation, we were asked to provide on-going support to HOCA, and we have now been providing support to them for 4 years.
